What are your Shipping rates?

At the moment we are offering FREE shipping to all of our UK customers!

 

What are your International Shipping Rates?

Calculated at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

All of our items are posted from Manchester, UK. 

We generally use the Royal Mail to post items out.

Their general time frame is: 

1st Class -  1-2 working days 

2nd Class - 2-3 working days.

Delivery to Europe - 3 to 5 working days

Delivery to the rest of the world  - 5 to 14 working days

 

If your item has not arrived within 11 working days of your expected delivery date please email us at info@speedymimi.com

 

Returns

We offer free returns within 28 days. All you have to do is pay for the postage back. Please make sure you get a tracking number or proof of postage when returning items.

Items must be unused and in the original unopened packaging. 

To return an item please send us an email at info@speedymimi.com and we will send you the return address.

Once items have been received we will refund you the price of the item. 

 

There's a problem with my order

I want to cancel an order

We like to post our items out to you as soon as we can, if you would like to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible as once it's been dispatched it will be too late!
